How Physiqo uses AI
and your data.

Ari is part of Physiqo

Ari is how Physiqo coaches you, so she isn't an add-on you switch on. You agree to her once, at sign-up, on a screen called Ari is part of Physiqo, before you pay for anything. There is no off switch. To stop Ari using your data, delete your account, or email help@physiqoai.com. You can download your data first to keep a copy.

What is shared to write a reply

To write a reply, Physiqo's server sends the AI tool that writes Ari's replies only what that answer needs. That can be:

• What you ask her, and the photos or files you choose to send.
• Your food, training and body numbers. These are health data, which is why you are asked first.
• What you told Ari to remember, such as what brekkie means to you or that your knee has been playing up.

What it is never used for

What Ari shares is only used to write her replies. It is never used for ads, never sold and never used to train AI models.

What works on your phone

Logging, plans and your own numbers work on your phone alone. The pack of more than 50,000 UK supermarket products is stored on the phone, so food lookups from it work with no signal. Anything Ari has to think through, and live food search, need a connection.

Your monthly journey notes stay on your phone and your account, and Ari reads them to remember your past.

Progress photos

Progress photo files stay on your phone unless you switch on the optional backup. Nothing uploads until you choose it. A photo only goes to Ari if you send it to her in the chat, and then it is used to answer you.

Apple Health

On iPhone you can connect Apple Health, and Physiqo reads your weight, steps, sleep and workouts from it, including what a watch or another app saves there. It is read only, so Physiqo doesn't write anything back, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Deleting your data

Delete a chat, a journey note or your whole account whenever you choose. Nothing is trimmed in the meantime: every set, meal and note is kept until you delete it. If you would rather ask, email help@physiqoai.com.

Not medical advice

Physiqo is a coaching aid, not medical advice, and it is for adults 18 and over. Ari gives general training and food guidance. She isn't a doctor, a dietitian or a physio, and she won't coach crash diets or drugs. What she will and won't do is on What can Ari do?

The waitlist and the app's privacy policy

This website's waitlist keeps very little, and Waitlist privacy lists all of it. The Physiqo app has its own privacy policy, linked from the sign-up screen in the app. For the rest of the app, see Physiqo, the AI fitness coach app.
