• Your email address, and when you joined.
• Where on the page you joined, and the campaign or share link you came from, if any.
• A code for your own share link, so we know if someone joins through it. It's made from your email with a key only we hold, so it stays the same if you ever join again.
• For an hour after you join, a scrambled copy of a one-time key that only the page you joined on is given. It lets that page note that you're on Android, if you tap it, or fix a typo. It's deleted after the hour, or sooner if your email is entered again.
• Whether you tapped "I'm on Android" after joining, if you do, in the first hour.
• A scrambled copy of your network address (for an IPv6 address, just the part that names your network), to stop spam sign-ups. It's never stored with your email, it's deleted within minutes, and the key that scrambles it is replaced every day.
• If the form's hidden spam trap is filled in (people never see it, so it's nearly always a bot), a mark that the sign-up is likely spam. Marked sign-ups are left out of the launch email. Joining again the normal way takes the mark off.

To send you one email when Physiqo is on the App Store, and to understand what people want from it. We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it any time.

The spam checks are different: keeping the list free of fake sign-ups is in our legitimate interest, so that part doesn't rely on consent.

Supabase stores it for us in Ireland. [Email provider] sends the launch email. It's never used for ads, and we don't sell it.

Netlify hosts this website. Like any host, Netlify and Supabase keep short-lived server logs that include network addresses.

We delete the list within 3 months of sending the launch email, or sooner if you ask.

If you tap "Typo? Fix it" on the thank-you card and put in the right email, the mistyped one is deleted straight away. This works in the hour after joining, from the page you joined on. After that, email us.

This site uses no cookies and no trackers. Your browser keeps small notes for this site only, like the share link you came from or that you've already joined (your share code, never your email), so the page doesn't ask you twice. The one-time key is never saved on your device: it only lives in the open page, and the page forgets it after the hour.

Ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing help@physiqoai.com from the address you signed up with. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
