three plans, one coach.
Physiqo has three plans, priced in pounds: Monthly at £14.99 a month, 3 months at £29.97 (£9.99 a month) and 12 months at £95.88 (£7.99 a month). Every plan starts with a free trial, and the App Store sets how long it lasts. There is no free plan. You cancel in iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions.
How much does Physiqo cost?
Physiqo is a membership, and the three plans are three ways to pay for it: every month, every 3 months or once a year. The longer the plan, the less it costs per month.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial. The App Store sets how long it lasts and shows it before you confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you carry on, the plan you picked starts when the trial ends.
Is Physiqo free?
No. Physiqo has no free plan, but every plan starts with a free trial, and the App Store sets its length. After the trial it is £14.99 a month, £29.97 every 3 months or £95.88 a year. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you are not charged. Joining the waitlist is free.
How to cancel
You cancel through Apple rather than inside Physiqo, because the App Store takes the payment.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Physiqo and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancelling stops the next payment, and Apple keeps your plan running to the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app from your iPhone does not cancel the subscription by itself.
What a membership includes
Ari is part of the membership: she is how Physiqo coaches you. A membership covers:
- Training. Plans built in the chat, sets logged by text or on the live workout screen, a rest timer, drop sets, personal records and weekly volume.
- Food. Logging by text, photo, barcode or screenshot, calories and macros against your targets, UK foods, the Meal Planner and a shopping list.
- Body. Weigh-ins, your weight trend, measurements, progress photos, sleep and steps, with Apple Health read only.
- Memory. Every set, meal and note kept until you delete it, a journey note each month and answers from your own history.
Is Physiqo on Android?
No. Physiqo is an iPhone app only. There is no Android version and no Android release date, and there is no Apple Watch app either. On Android? Join anyway, then tap I'm on Android, so Physiqo knows how many Android users want it.

What happens when I cancel
Cancelling in iPhone Settings stops the next payment. Apple keeps your plan running until the end of the period you have paid for, so a 12-month plan cancelled in its second month runs to the end of the year.
Does deleting the app cancel my plan
No. Deleting Physiqo from your iPhone doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Where do I see the price before I pay
On the App Store. Apple shows the plan, the price in pounds and the length of the free trial before you confirm anything.
Is there a plan without Ari
No. Ari is how Physiqo coaches you, so she is part of every plan. There is no off switch for her.
When is Physiqo out
Physiqo is coming soon to iPhone and there's no release date yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day it's on the App Store.
