Back to Physiqo

can i bring my old plan

Switching to Physiqo:
what comes with you.

Moving from another calorie counter or workout app? Physiqo is a UK-built iPhone app that works as an AI fitness coach, and Ari, the coach inside it, can read your old plan and your old food diary from screenshots. Here is what comes across, and what doesn't.

Your training plan

Send Ari up to 12 screenshots or a PDF of the plan you follow now. She drafts every session with each exercise matched, for you to check, then start now or save for later. You can change any lift before you save it, and later changes come back as a card that waits for your OK.

No plan to bring? Say build me a training plan and she drafts one around your days, your kit and your goal. The workout tracker guide shows how logging works after that.

Your food diary

Send a screenshot of a day from your old food diary and Ari reads it and logs it after you confirm. From then on you can type what you ate the way you'd say it, snap the plate, scan a barcode or send another screenshot. The calorie counter guide explains how each food is found.

Your usual foods

Physiqo learns your usual foods as you go. Swap or fix an entry and it becomes one of your usual foods, and they are checked first next time. Tell Ari that brekkie means porridge with a bit of honey and that is what brekkie is from then on. You can also save your own recipes as meals and tell her which packs you buy.

Your history

Another app's history doesn't become your Physiqo history. You can add an export for Ari to read as background, but it isn't turned into logged workouts or meals, so your logs in Physiqo start from your first day.

Weight, steps and sleep from Apple Health

If your old app or your watch saves to Apple Health, Physiqo can read your weight, steps, sleep and workouts from there. It is read only, so nothing is written back, and you can disconnect Apple Health at any time.

What's different in Physiqo

  • One chat for training, food and body. You text Ari instead of moving between a workout tracker, a calorie counter and a notes app.
  • UK foods first. Your usual foods, then UK chain menus, then more than 50,000 UK supermarket products stored on the phone, then the UK food table (CoFID), then live search.
  • Changes wait for you. A moved session or a shorter workout arrives as a card, and nothing changes until you tap Confirm.
  • Answers from your own numbers, with the dates, from your first week to month three and beyond.

What Physiqo doesn't have

Better to know before you move:

  • No free plan. Every plan starts with a free trial, then it is £14.99 a month, £29.97 for 3 months or £95.88 a year. See Physiqo pricing.
  • No Android version and no Apple Watch app. Physiqo is iPhone only.
  • No form checks. Ari can't judge your lifting from a photo or video.
  • No medical advice. Ari isn't a doctor, a dietitian or a physio.

Everything else she does is on What can Ari do?, and the main page shows Physiqo, the AI fitness coach app, with the real chat.

questions.

Can I import my food diary from another app

You can send Ari a screenshot of a day from another app's food diary, and she reads it and logs it after you confirm. Another app's history doesn't become your Physiqo history, so older days aren't turned into logged meals.

Can I import my workout plan

Yes. Send Ari up to 12 screenshots or a PDF of your plan. She drafts every session with each exercise matched, for you to check and start now or save for later.

Can I import my workout history

Not as logged workouts. You can add an export for Ari to read as background, but it isn't turned into logged workouts or meals.

Will my weight come across

If it is saved in Apple Health, Physiqo can read your weight from there, read only, along with your steps, sleep and workouts.
